Cancellation Policy

 At SUP-Miami Paddleboard School, we understand that plans can change. Because lessons are scheduled specifically for you and availability is limited, the following cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All Sales are final, only store credit or re-booking is provided. Changes to your booking or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson.

Changes myst be made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a store credit or may be rescheduled to another available date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson and no-shows are non-refundable.

Weather Cancellations

Your safety and the quality of your learning experience are important to us. SUP lessons are held only when conditions are considered appropriate for instruction.

To ensure the best learning experience, beginners lessons are held only when wind conditions are 10 mph or less.

If SUP-Miami Paddleboard School determines that a lesson cannot safely or effectively take place due to high winds, thunderstorms, severe weather, unsafe water conditions, or other environmental conditions, the lesson will be canceled or rescheduled.

A credit will be issued for lessons canceled by SUP-Miami due to inclement weather or unsuitable conditions. The credit may be applied toward a future lesson.

Cloudy skies, light rain, or a forecast of possible rain do not automatically result in cancellation. Weather and water conditions will be evaluated as close to the lesson time as reasonably possible.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled lesson. Late arrival may reduce the amount of instructional or water time available.

Significant delays may be treated as a no-show if the lesson can no longer be safely or reasonably conducted within the scheduled time.

Instructor Cancellations

If SUP-Miami Paddleboard School must cancel a lesson for reasons other than weather or environmental conditions, you will have the option to reschedule or store credit.

By booking a lesson with SUP-Miami Paddleboard School, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
